A recluse who under the right substances can be the life of the party. He’s an open book full of cryptic koans and contradictions: shirt-off-his-back generous and coolly skeptical, ruthlessly confident and full of self-doubt, obsessively focused and completely unbound. It seemed like he’d made it.īut things are rarely as they seem with Isaiah Rashad. This was the same kid who dropped out of Middle Tennessee State to flip burgers at Hardee’s and pursue shaky rap dreams, except now he had a couple of kids of his own. Living life like a normal 20-something: smoking weed, getting haircuts, making Popeyes runs. In his sporadic live transmissions, Rashad played out snippets of new music, but mostly he just shared footage of himself doing absolutely mundane shit. Footage of Rashad both giving and receiving oral sex started making the rounds on Twitter, but not a single woman was involved. It’s not like anyone needed “Have You Seen This Rapper?” milk cartons. Isaiah Rashad was outed in February just hours after Lil Fizz and Nelly became victims of a sex tape leak. Punch replied favorably, writing “I respect that. “On God I’ve always been a Zay Wop fan and I got none but love and respect for Him, Punch and the whole TDE team!!! Apologiez.”

“Smh, that was a weak ass/distasteful joke that I said earlier and I own that,” Jahmed wrote. Let’s talk about it.” Jahmed then quickly issued an apology. Jahmed deleted the post following Punch’s reaction, but Punch uploaded a screenshot and said, “Nah n-gga don’t run now. so you want me to be concerned about another grown man’s sex life? Is that what you’re really interested in? As oppose to having a dialogue about music? “Is that what you’re really interested in? As oppose to having a dialogue about music?” so you want me to be concerned about another grown man’s sex life?” he tweeted. On Thursday (April 7), Punch responded to a rapper named Jahmed who accused Rashad of “top dawgin’ a cock.” Still, there are plenty of people who are throwing around jokes about Rashad online - and TDE president Terrence “Punch” Henderson isn’t standing for it. But most of the rap community rallied around him and condemned the person behind the leak. Top Dawg Entertainment artist Isaiah Rashad was robbed of his privacy when a leaked sex tape outed his sexuality.
